Enter through the wrought-iron gates on Nevins Street, walk about 50-60 yards, and after you’ll pass Kabinet’s doors, you’ll see double doors on the left adjacent to a private parking lot.

Trains – R to Union St or F/G to Carroll St (Carroll Street is a little further, but you get to walk over the Gowanus Canal!)

7:00-10:00 p.m. Please come early so we’ve time to get that fix done!

Right now, we have some iPod Minis on-tap for dis-assembly and fixing.

We suggest a $5 donation for each item fixed, but no one will be turned away.

Fixers Sessions happen every 3rd Thursday of the month at Proteus Gowanus and at various other places when possible. Want to help organize Fixer sessions or volunteer with the fixers? Email us at the address above.

Come fix your back to school gear, your sweaters, your lamps for those long nights – or anything else. Fall fixing session September 20, 7-10pm, Proteus Gowanus.

The Fixers Collective will also have a table at the World Maker Faire Sep 29-30 – come say hi (and bring stuff to fix)!

Join us on this Thursday, August 16th, at Proteus Gowanus for a fixing session from 7-10pm.

FC meets at Proteus Gowanus on the third Thursday of every month.

This Thursday, June 28th, the  Fixers Collective will be meeting at the sewing studio of one of our Master Fixers, Sarah Kate Beaumont. This session will focus on sewing fixes! Any fixing requiring sewing, from patches to buttons and even zipper replacement is welcome.

There’s a limited amount of fabric on hand for patches and buttons, scissors, thread, sewing needles and even a few machines. Bring any other supplies that you think you’ll need for your fix, especially zippers.
